Psychotherapy Adults
I offer psychotherapy for adults in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore whatever is on your mind.
My approach is person-centred, relational, and integrative, meaning I focus on your unique needs, value the therapeutic relationship as central to healing, and draw from a range of evidence-based methods to support you.
Whether you're facing anxiety, low mood, life transitions, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity and confidence.
The areas of depression, anxiety, anger, and trauma are just a few examples of the common challenges many clients bring to therapy. In practice, I work with a wide range of emotional, relational, and behavioural difficulties- often in combination and often with the added layer of neurodivergence.
Each person’s experience is unique, and I tailor my approach to reflect that, offering thoughtful, compassionate support for whatever you're facing, in a way that honours both your individuality and your lived experience.
1
Depression
When working with adults experiencing depression, I create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space. I meet each client where they are, focusing on building trust, fostering self-compassion, and exploring the root causes of emotional pain at a pace that feels manageable.
Integrating evidence-based techniques, such as emotion-focused work, psychoeducation, and creative exploration, I support clients in reconnecting with their strengths, making sense of their experiences, and gently moving towards hope, balance, and a renewed sense of self.
2
Anxiety
Supporting adults experiencing anxiety, I provide a calm, grounded, and non-judgmental space to explore overwhelming thoughts and feelings. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe to untangle the roots of their anxiety and develop greater self-understanding.
Drawing from a range of approaches, including grounding techniques, psychoeducation, and gentle cognitive strategies, I tailor sessions to help clients manage anxious patterns, reduce internal pressure, and regain a sense of calm and control in daily life.
3
Anger
When working with adults experiencing anger, I provide the space to explore what lies beneath the surface.
I support clients in understanding the triggers, patterns, and unmet needs connected to their anger. Together, we work on building emotional awareness, developing healthier ways to express and manage difficult feelings, and fostering a greater sense of self-control and compassion.
Anger is often a signal of deeper pain—and therapy can help transform it into insight and empowerment.
4
Trauma
Trauma—including childhood trauma- requires a space where your story can be safely explored.
We work at your pace, prioritise trust and emotional safety, and draw on a range of therapeutic methods to support healing.
Trauma can deeply impact how we see ourselves, others, and the world. Through gentle exploration, grounding techniques, and a focus on rebuilding inner resilience, I help clients move from survival to a place of greater self-understanding, stability, and empowerment.
