Psychotherapy Children
Children express their inner worlds in unique and often non-verbal ways. When those worlds feel confusing, overwhelming, or emotionally intense, therapy can offer a safe and supportive space where young people can begin to make sense of their thoughts and feelings—on their own terms.
Whether your child is struggling with emotional regulation, anxiety, school pressures, or identity, or if you're looking for a space that truly “gets” neurodivergence, you are welcome here.
Together, we can work to support your child’s emotional well-being—not by changing who they are, but by nurturing who they are becoming.
1
Neuroaffirmative
As a neuroaffirmative practitioner, I work with an understanding that neurodivergent children—whether diagnosed or not—often experience the world in ways that may be misunderstood or pathologised. I actively challenge those narratives. Instead of trying to “fix” behaviour, I aim to help children better understand themselves, feel safe to be who they are, and find ways to thrive in environments that may not always be set up to meet their needs.
2
Individualised Approach
In my work with children, I offer a person-centred, relational, and integrative approach to psychotherapy. This means I adapt each session to suit the individual child’s needs, drawing on a variety of therapeutic methods including play-based work, creative expression, psychoeducation, and emotional regulation strategies. Building a trusting, attuned relationship is always at the heart of the process.

Experience
A key specialism in my practice is supporting children with ADHD and autism. I bring not only professional training and years of experience in educational and therapeutic settings, but also lived experience as a parent. My own son has ADHD, and navigating that journey alongside him has shaped my practice in profound and compassionate ways. I understand the highs, the challenges, and the unseen moments families face every day.
