I’m passionate about delivering engaging, accessible training and therapeutic workshops- drawing on my background as a qualified teacher and experienced training designer and facilitator. Psychoeducation is a core pillar of my practice, and I find fulfilment in creating informative, but also empowering, reflective, and inclusive group spaces. Whether working with parents, professionals, or clients, I aim to make complex psychological ideas relatable, practical, and transformative.
